Saving Lives With Swimming Lessons

Can we make a donation in your name to provide local children with free swimming lessons to save lives?

An estimated 5,000 children ages 14 and under are hospitalized due to unintentional drowning-related incidents each year. 15 percent of these children die in the hospital and 20 percent end up suffering from permanent neurological disabilities.

Too many lives are being negatively affected by the water. These catastrophes can be avoided. That is why we have teamed up with the YMCA. The YMCA offers swim lessons to kindergarteners to help deter aquatic incidents while building positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship. I’ve heard of so many unfortunate events happening time and time again. We need to help prepare our children!

Let's drive meaningful change CHANGE into the lives of these children by supporting The YMCA today - none of your money is needed, just contact us and we'll tell you even more about how YOU can get involved.
